New for this spring, come check out our Library of Seeds!

Don’t be fooled by the name, you don’t need to return these when you are done with them.

Come pick out some seeds to start your own garden. We have a variety of both flower and vegetable seeds for you to choose from.

Take up to two packs of seeds per week.

Seed donations are accepted.

It is a collection of physical items or “things” that would be helpful to borrow for a short period of time.

It could be something that:

You want to try it out to see if you like it before investing money into buying your own

You don’t need to use all the time, but it is nice to borrow it when you do need it.

Q: How long can I checkout my “thing?”

A: One Week.

Q: Do I need to live in Ecorse to checkout the Library of Things?

A: No, you just need an active library card to one of the libraries in the area.

Q: How do I return my “thing?”

A: Please bring your “thing” inside the Ecorse Public Library and the friendly library staff at the desk will get it returned for you.

Q: Can I pickup/return a “thing” at another library.

A: No, you will have to pick it up and return it at the Ecorse Public Library
